SYGNAL ECOSYSTEM
The SYGNAL ecosystem consists of a multitude of parts which can be added and removed to suit the requirements of your production.
SYGNAL server
Most deployments will require one or more servers. These handle audio and video physical I/O, audio and video processing, hosts the chosen applications and can be on-site or cloud hosted, depending on the production's requirements.
Server Specs
On-site video and audio monitoring
Any web browsing device of sufficient spec can be used with SYGNAL. Typically, iPADs are a good start, as they are able to display a large number of multiviewer pips, and have a good quality display.
We also offer dedicated network decoding hardware which can be plugged into screens, if that is preferred.

Source Contribution
SYGNAL offer a multitude of options for source contribution including baseband SDI, most streaming protocols (SRT, RTMP, UDP), wireless camera-back transmitters, DANTE and AES67 audio, MADI audio.
We also offer web-based contribution via browser, allowing for phone cameras and webcams to contribute to SYGNAL.

Remote video and audio monitoring
For off-site production monitoring, we can relay content to a secure cloud-hosted platform, allowing remote users to monitor live feeds from site. With our user-based content controls, an engineer can easily control which sources are available remotely.

Location Tracking
Take automation to the next level using our location tracking nodes.
By knowing the location of PSC cameras, producers and contributors in real-time, source lists can dynamically update and group sources in useful ways. This data can also contribute to automated logging worflows.
Powerful Logic
By interfacing the the SYGNAL API, GPIO and TSL5, the SYGNAL logic engine can do pretty much anything you need it to.
